Technical drawings or existing samples of the parts, for which we will produce patterns, are delivered to us. According to these materials, we prepare pattern production drawing, at this stage, we inform the customer about the dimension failures or mistakes, if there is any, and request correction for these. This process helps us to perform a non-stop production process, without being obliged to ask for any further feedback information.

Patterns are produced on metal plates having machined surfaces, through marking them with precise measurement devices. The patterns having diameters to be machined are machined on specific lathe benches.

Measurement controls of the finished patterns are performed, before the delivery stage and patterns are delivered to the customers, along with their relevant quality control forms. Not to concede from material, workmanship and quality.
